Hector Felix
A father, husband, brother and artist. I originally moved to AZ in 2004 with a background in painting (business signs, murals, boats to residential). I began my real estate adventure in 2006 when I became a licensed real estate agent. Throughout my career I Hector or "Felix" as most know me as have worked with different brokerages here in the valley and have had the honor to be apart of some of the greatest teams. From large scale investment groups to small mom and pop real estate investors, all investment buy and holds.
Melissa Felix
I was born and raised in Southern California with strong family values. My first language is Spanish and was taught at home.
Moved to Arizona in 2004 and began my Real Estate Career in 2006.
Strong understanding of the Landlord/Tenant laws and have established procedures in place for the cycle of investment property.
Long term experience with large scale multi-family and single family investments.
I LOVE to Roller skate, Jumprope and listen to live music.
Mother of 2 humans, 3 German Shepherds and 1 cat.

Laurie Drake
I was born and raised in Arizona and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in property management as well as familiarity with all areas of our beautiful state.
With 15 years of experience in Real Estate and Property Management, I know the importance of growing your investment equity.
I take pride in my work and have “old school”work ethic and satisfaction in a job well done.
I raised three wonderful sons in Arizona. I am an advocate for Brain injury prevention and awareness. (My son suffered a TBI in a 2015 motorcycle accident).
I love spending time with my family and granddaughters. I like to swim, boat and spend time at the lake.

Perter Ullman
Peter has experienced living in several different States as well as Hong Kong & South Korea showcasing an eclectic mix of cultural environments. He is one of six siblings, hailing from a tightly bonded family. In 2006 Peter tied the knot with his best friend and the love of his life, Amanda, at a picturesque wedding ceremony in Colorado Springs, CO. Today their relationship continues to flourish blessed with two teenage children and by the playful antics of their two French Bulldogs. A Le Cordon Bleu graduate who honed his skills in the world of fine dining, Peter later ventured into sustainable agriculture by building and managing an organic aquaponics greenhouse along with facilities aimed at cultivating gourmet mushrooms. Currently Peter is focused on the real estate industry setting his sights on assisting clients with purchasing first homes, navigating the realms of leasing and exploring investment ventures with a focus on high-end luxury properties. Outside of his professional endeavors, Peter is deeply passionate about ice hockey, indulging in the culinary arts, embracing outdoor adventures, and spending quality time with his loved ones.
