RENTAL CRITERIA
INCOME:
Monthly household gross income must be 3 times the monthly rent.
RENTAL HISTORY:
Term of previous lease should be at minimum 12 consecutive months. Rental history older than 1 year will not be considered. Family members or Friends listed as a previous Landlord will not be considered as rental history.
CREDIT:
Open evictions, judgments, past due utility bills or open bankruptcies will be subject to automatic denial of application.
CRIMINAL:
Disclose all criminal history. Prepare to provide age of conviction, its nature and any relevant intervening facts. Every case is unique and must be reviewed by Management to determine eligibility.
